Son gros "plus" c'est son écran à technologie AMOLED

il apporte quoi de plus l'ercan higgins ?

La technologie OLED (Organic Light Emmiting Diode) fait de plus en plus parler d’elle, et plusieurs manufacturiers, dont Toshiba et Sony travaille activement au développement des premières TVHD. La technologie AMOLED, ajoute une matrice active (le AM du nom) aux diodes électroluminescentes organiques qui forme l’écran.

L’avantage de cette technologie est qu’elle permet d’éliminer le rétro-éclairage présent dans les panneaux ACL et ainsi le développement d’écrans minces comme du papier devient possible. Plus encore, on obtient de meilleurs contrastes, dans le cas présent 10 000 : 1, de meilleures couleurs avec un support à 100% du spectre NTSC (comparativement à environ 75% pour la technologie ACL) ainsi qu’un meilleur angle de vision, qui s’étend à 180 degrés dans ce cas. Encore mieux, pour certaines applications, la technologie AMOLED permettrait d’afficher des images sur les deux côtés de l’écran à la fois!

Pour le moment, cet écran sera destiné aux téléphones, lecteurs de MP3 et autres petits appareils de la marque, mais l’avenir s’annonce prometteur pour cette technologie dans le monde de la HD.
